PHOENIX Project - Prevalence Profiler by Darkhorse Analytics

Imagine if policy makers and interventionalists had the ability to access and explore aggregate health information from across geographic regions at their fingertips. The Population Health OutcomEs iNformatIon eXchange (PHOENIX) Project, spearheaded by physicians and epidemiologists at Wayne State University, enables community engagement and directly informs public health stakeholders about the local burden of exposures that might contribute to lifespan inequality.

The Prevalence Profiler tool presents up-to-date data on health metrics, from vitals to social determinants, to provide state and local governments and healthcare providers with a better understanding of the health of the population. The tool integrates public data and clinical information from limited use data sets to enable targeted health care interventions.
