Midwinter Visualized by Self

Music is an important part of my life and I imagined what it would be like as a hearing-impaired person to experience a song by what it "looks" like, instead. This is a "map" of the song In the Bleak Midwinter by Gustav Holst, with the rote of lines determined by a system of word and sentence length in the song's lyrics. I then colorized the closed spaces to depict a wintery palette, and the somewhat somber and reflective mood of the song.
