HR Cross Functional Mobility by Jack Hineman

This was my submission to the Real World, Fake Data (#RWFD) Tableau community challenge for June 2023. The challenge was to show the mobility of employees within an organization in an effective manner. I wound up building a series of Sankey charts to illustrate the flow of employees through the organization.
