An interactive visualization of the food poisoning outbreaks reported from restaurants in England and Wales from 1992 to 2009. Outbreaks are grouped by cuisine type and category type. Each group consists of circles displaying different category components, placed along the main circle that represents the total amount of outbreaks in the group. The circles have variable sizes encoding amounts of outbreaks for the given cuisine and category.
