The best darts match of all time by Jamie Kettle

I like darts alright... I think it's good fun to watch.

When browsing Youtube, I came across this particular match, the Grand Slam of Darts Semi-Final in 2013 between two legends of the game, Phil Taylor and fellow Stoke-on-Trent compatriot, Adrian Lewis.

This match was one of numerous battles the two exchanged over the years as their close relationship evolved from tutor pupil to rivals. However, this match was the one that was claimed by many to be the best of all time in terms of quality.

A combined all-time high of 32 maximums (180s) were achieved by the pair, however it was Phil Taylor's superior accuracy in checkout percentages, (55.2% to 37.5%) that eventually ended the contest.
