Did you know that more than 1,900 edible insects are consumed around the world? Did you also know that there are 1,400,000,000 to 1 insects for every person on Earth? This visualization is an ode to Entomophagy, the consumption of insects by humans, inspired by an intriguing conversation I had with my three year old son after watching a documentary about this very subject.
