Águas de Portugal by Icaro Bernardes

This work presents the availability of water in the Portuguese basins (sets of dams). The map on the right indicates which regions hold the biggest volumes of water (Guadiana and Tejo). The circular heatmaps on the left present the monthly evolution of how full are the reservatories. Each heatmap corresponds to a region (highlighted on the map at its center) availability from 2000 to 2021.

March, April, and May are months where the basins are at their highest capacity, while in October and November, they are at their lowest. Furthermore, south Portugal basins are consistently operating at low capacity.
