Word Usage In Sacred Texts by Ken Flerlage

Analysis and comparison of the word usage in six of the world's major sacred texts—Bhagavad Gita (Hinduism), Bible (Judaism and Christianity), Dhammapada (Buddhism), Quran (Islam), Tao Te Ching (Taoism), and Upanishads (Hinduism). English translations of each text were broken down into individual words and counted. Common "stop words" have been removed so that the words analyzed have significant meaning.
